Please inspect your wefts upon arrival to ensure they match your order. Eligible Medusa Wefts may qualify for a one-time shade exchange within 90 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Do not wear, comb, brush, wet or alter the hair in any way. Keep all original packaging, tags, seals and protective materials intact.
