THE LIGHTEST MEDUSA OPTION
MEDUSA XL Air is the perfect choice for very fine or thin hair that needs a lightweight extension option. Because fine hair simply cannot support a lot of weight, XL Air was designed to deliver beautiful results while staying incredibly light.
Most installs for very fine hair only require one XL Air weft for a full transformation.
When split between two rows, that means only 50 grams per row, making it virtually weightless and allowing the extensions to lay extremely flat against the head.
With thicker, denser ends than traditional wefts, MEDUSA Wefts provide incredible fullness with fewer grams. A little goes a long way, meaning you need less hair to achieve your desired look.
Out of all MEDUSA wefts, XL Air provides the flattest and lightest install.
MEDUSA XL AIR WEFT SPECIFICATIONS:
XL Air wefts are 25 inches wide, allowing stylists to cut and customize the placement for each client.
Available lengths:
18" — 100g
20" — 100g
24" — 100g
Keeping the same gram weight across lengths ensures the install remains lightweight and comfortable for fine hair clients, even when adding longer lengths.
PRO STYLIST TIP:
XL Air can also be combined with a Medusa OG placed in the middle row for additional density and maximum visual impact while still keeping the overall install lightweight.

Important: Please inspect your wefts immediately upon arrival to ensure they match your order (shade, length, quantity).
If there is an order discrepancy, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery.
To remain eligible for any exchange consideration, do not wear, comb, brush, wet, install, or alter the hair in any way.
Once altered, the weft is no longer eligible for exchange or warranty review.
All ETERNA products are final sale — no refunds.
Exchange & Warranty Policy
- 90-day exchange window on unused, uninstalled wefts (one shade exchange per weft)
- Factory defect warranty covers construction defects only, including:
a) Weft separation
b) Rips or tears at the attachment point
c) Structural failure not caused by installation or handling - Color fading, tone shift, texture changes, matting, tangling, dryness, shedding, or care-related issues are not warranty issues
- Proper care is required — including sleeping with a silk or satin bonnet and brushing with the ETERNA Medusa Brush
- All exchanges and warranty claims are subject to Quality Control inspection and approval
- All Quality Control decisions are final
